After selecting my reward, may I change it?
Unfortunately, once you select and claim your reward through Tremendous, it usually cannot be changed. Most reward choices—like gift cards or prepaid cards—are final once they’re processed.
That’s why Tremendous asks you to confirm your selection before completing the process.
What You Can Do:
- If you haven’t finalized your reward yet, just hold off until you’re sure which one you want.
- If you already claimed it and made a mistake, you can try reaching out to Tremendous Support directly at: help@tremendous.com to see if they can help—but keep in mind, changes are not always possible.
You can find their contact info in the reward email you received from Tremendous.
So be sure to double-check your choice before clicking “confirm”—and enjoy your reward!
