First, verify that the reward has been processed. You should have received a Thank You email that lets you know it is being processed soon. Reward emails are generally processed at the end of each Business Day. After this time, check your spam/junk folder as the emails sometimes land there. If you are unable to locate the email to claim the reward email members@leresearch.com to confirm it has been processed.
