After you complete a study, your reward will be sent to you by email or you can access via your member portal:

1. You’ll receive an email from: rewards@reward.tremendous.com

This email will include a link to claim your reward. When you click the link, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of options such as:

• Digital gift cards (Amazon, Target, Starbucks, and more)
• Prepaid Visa or Mastercard
• Charity donations (if you’d prefer to give back)

Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder just in case

2. You may also claim your reward by logging into your member portal and visiting the “My Studies” section. Any past studies with unclaimed rewards are listed under the “Past Studies” section

3. If you’re accessing it via the Mobile app, go to “My Wallet” under the settings section.

Once you make your selection, most rewards are available immediately for use online or in stores (depending on what you choose).
