What is Self-Scheduling?

Some Select studies may include Self-scheduling. This is a convenient way to choose your own time to participate in a study—right from your email or the app!

Here’s how it works:

  1. You’ll complete an online survey to see if you qualify.
  2. If you qualify, you’ll get an email or in-app notification inviting you to pick from a list of available times.
  3. Choose the time that works best for you and select the study date and schedule yourself via your member portal. Change or reschedule your date on your member portal if you need. (note, spots may be unavailable if you attempt to reschedule your time)
  4. Show up at your scheduled time, participate in the study, and receive your payment.

 A Few Important Notes:

  • You may still receive a call from a recruiter to verify your information or confirm your spot.
  • All studies are subject to change. Sometimes a client may update their requirements or cancel if the study fills quickly.
  • If false information is provided, your appointment may be cancelled and you may be removed from future opportunities.
